MY JOB :
Serving the Creadev teams, companies and governance to secure the development of impact projects, as CFO, ESG manager, administrator and divestments.
WHY I’M HERE :
I believe in the value of taking the long term to build lasting champions and teams dedicated to projects that make a difference.
MY BACKGROUND :
Nearly 30 years in mergers and acquisitions at KPMG, then at Creadev in investment and business support (including Voltalia).

Julien Hombreux

Operating Partner. I support leaders in their structuring, organization and growth challenges, by clarifying priorities, activating the right levers and mobilizing the appropriate resources.
WHY I’M HERE :
I like projects that create value and have meaning, led by ambitious teams. At Creadev, we think long-term, we play as a team, and we stay true to what drives us.
MY BACKGROUND :
15 years in M&A, entrepreneurship and consulting, combining analytical rigor, practical sense and human understanding.

MY JOB :
Community & Facility Office Manager. I assist the CEO in providing peace of mind and play an operational role with the teams to streamline their daily activities.
WHY I’M HERE :
I enjoy taking on new challenges, especially in unfamiliar sectors.
MY BACKGROUND :
Over 20 years of experience in import-export, digital marketing, audiovisual, and family office.

Legal Director. I support teams as a partner in investment decisions to minimize operational risks while enabling projects to come to fruition.

MY BACKGROUND :
I joined Creadev in November 2023 after 3 years in a similar position at an Orange subsidiary. I hold a Master's degree in Finance (IAE Lyon III) and a Specialized Master's degree in Corporate Finance (emlyon).

In charge of the Food sector. With my team, we select and support agricultural and food companies that contribute to healthy food, secure the food chain and participate in sustainable agriculture.
WHY I’M HERE :
Because the food sector needs active, responsible and long-term investors, and because of the social and entrepreneurial values promoted by Creadev and the Mulliez ecosystem.
MY BACKGROUND :
Agricultural engineer, 25 years in Private Equity (Sofitproteol, Capagro, Meridiam) and in banking (BNP Paribas) on food, agriculture, energy and impact.
Supporting entrepreneurs, passing on knowledge, travelling, laughing, enjoying good wine.

Baptiste Gormand

Senior Investment Director within the Food & Ag team at Creadev.
WHY I’M HERE :
I am fortunate to contribute to the financing and development of a rapidly changing sector, whose challenge is to provide sustainable, appropriate and accessible food for all.
MY BACKGROUND :
A graduate of ESSEC and the College of Europe, I began my career in consulting before joining Nestlé on M&A projects in emerging markets, and subsequently held management positions in Dubai and Iran. As a co-founder of a SaaS startup, I joined Creadev in 2022.
