Creadev is the investment company created in 2002 by the mulliez family (decathlon, leroy merlin, auchan, etc.)
For and with the Mulliez Family ecosystem, we collaborate with visionary entrepreneurs by investing in and supporting the long-term growth of impactful regional leaders, facilitating access to essential goods & services to the many (Food, Health, Climate), thanks to innovative and sustainable solutions.
Each year, we invest up to €250M to accelerate the growth of 5 to 10 companies with a positive impact in North America, Europe and Africa (€ 2.6B invested to date).
We invest in the champions of tomorrow
In North America we target profitable companies with more than $20 millions in sales, with a proven business model and growth potential. Our initial investment is generally between $10 and $30 millions.
Our ambition: to help these companies reach $100 millions in turnover in 5 years, then support them over the long term to become leaders in their sectors

THE mulliez FAMILY
A SHARED PURPOSE
1904 : It all began in Roubaix. Louis Mulliez, a worker’s son turned industrialist, founded a small twisting mill.
1920 : He encouraged his relatives to start their own companies—on one condition : that they all become mutual shareholders.
1955 : This principle, later called “All in All”, became the foundation of the Mulliez Family Association, a unique model based on solidarity, long-term commitment, and collective entrepreneurship.
Since then, the family has created or supported over 150 companies in 62 countries, employing more than 615,000 people. Today, 1,590 family members, including over 890 shareholders, carry this entrepreneurial legacy.
2002 : Creation of Creadev, to propel companies such as Maisons de Famille, Voltalia, and Foundever to leadership positions in their sectors.

I head the US office. With my team, we invest in and support the growth of companies that facilitate access to goods and services for the greatest number of people.
WHY I'M HERE:
I enjoy working with dynamic, growing companies that seek to improve the world.
MY BACKGROUND:
Before Creadev, I spent 10 years in strategy consulting (BCG) in Italy and the United States.
I enjoy working alongside entrepreneurs, football, learning languages, and cooking (and eating).

Alexia Lingart
MY JOB:
As a Senior Associate in New York, I support FoodTech, AgTech and Climate companies for a sustainable and resilient food future.
WHY I'M HERE:
I believe that impact investing, combining diversity, long-term vision and innovation, can create sustainable businesses, and that the United States is ideal for testing and developing these innovations.
MY BACKGROUND:
I started my career in Paris and have been living in the United States for five years, with six years of experience in M&A, Private Equity and Venture/Growth Equity.

Anise Che
MY JOB:
As an investment analyst in New York, I support FoodTech, AgTech and Climate companies that are transforming the food system for a sustainable impact.

At Creadev, we invest strategically and for the long term alongside entrepreneurs who want to change the status quo.
MY BACKGROUND:
I started in investment banking in Toronto, then worked in private equity in Boston in the food and agriculture sector.

Héloïse Mangin
MY JOB:
Investment analyst, based in New York. I work with the US team to support growing companies that improve people's health by offering healthy and tasty food.
WHY I'M HERE:
Because creating a lasting impact takes time — and that’s exactly what our Evergreen investment strategy allows.
MY BACKGROUND:
I joined Creadev right after completing a Master's degree in Finance in France.
I enjoy meeting inspiring entrepreneurs, helping our companies grow and constantly learning about new markets, consumer trends or innovations, ideally while running in Central Park with a podcast.
